Complains are received from customer through the channels listed below

2. Visit Our offices
A Complain is assigned a reference/ticket Number and directed to the relevant department. This is done using a CRM module in the ERP
Action is taken by the department which the complaint was directed and the department shares the final complaint report(Investigation and resolution)
Finally, the customer is communicated to regarding the status of the complaint. This can be done through message, in person, email or phone call
