Complaints and Dispute Handling Process

Step 1

Complains are received from customer through the channels listed below

1. Make a call through Nawasco Toll free number: 0800721101

2. Visit Our offices

Step 2

A Complain is assigned a reference/ticket Number and directed to the relevant department. This is done using a complain tracking software called Majivoice

Step 3

Action is taken by the department which the complaint was directed and the department shares the final complaint report(Investigation and resolution)

Step 4

Finally, the customer is communicated to regarding the status of the complaint. This can be done through message, in person, email, phone call or Majivoice alert
