• Step 1

  The meter is read through our Meter reading application by our meter readers or the customer can also read his/her own meter by sending an image of the meter and the account number to the company Whatsapp number

• Step 2

  The reading is then uploaded and meter reading results synthesised

• Step 3

  An SMS is sent with details for individual accounts

• Step 4

  Complaints can be lodged in case of inaccurate billing
