Complete and submit new connection application form. The application form can be collected from NAWASCO offices or click Step 1 to download
The request is documented and the new connection team is notified
Survey is carried out and a connection requirement report is prepared. This connection report includes materials needed for connection and payments required. New connection and Deposit Payment follows the approved tariff amounts
The material and payment requirements are conveyed to the customer in person or through Phone
Once the customer makes the payment, the details are entered into the Database and account is generated. The customer is then connected. The Process takes 10 working days
