Step 1
A bill is sent (Water Consuption + arrears). The bill includes the payment due date and it is sent via an SMS from NAWASCO
Step 2
Once a customer settles the arrears and a reconnection fee of Ksh. 1,000, the customer then forwards a request to reconnect
Step 3
The reconnection task is created and sent to the reconnection team
Step 4
Finally, the account is reconnected on ground
